It all started out when......

Angelo's father and Capri nightclub owner Pasqualie would invite both Angelo and brother Carlo to the club on Sunday's so Pasqualie could clean up after the night before. "OK boys... free reign on the pool tables, pinball and pop machines and the old jukebox". Needless to say Angelo went straight for the jukebox and as it turned out, Sunday was the day the 45 records got changed. The dude changing the 45's liked Angelo and would give him all the hits of the day that he could handle and then some. A dream come true for a music thirsty young boy! Later on in life the Capri Club would be where both Angelo & Carlo would cut their teeth being the house band there for in the band Green Eggs & Jam. TIMEWARP: Earlier in life on stage at the Capri was where Pasqualie met and married Marilyn who sang there frequently with different bands. It has all come full circle friends.

To call Spinazzola a gypsy traveller is an understatement... completing  a recent Canadian Tour on the Rails with artist Keith Mullins, Spinazzola eats up the miles like salty peanuts in an Irish pub.  With over 30 countries & a double trans-atlantic crossing under his belt the road keeps growing. He has shared the stage with such greats as Skunk Baxter (Steely Dan), Dutch Mason, Matt Minglewood, JP Cormier, Matt Andersen and Charlie A Court to name a few. Spinazzola's energy is moving full speed ahead. Spinazzola performed 5 shows at the Stan Rogers Folk Festival sharing the stage with USA Bluesman Guy Davis. Fun times!

From 2009-2017 Spinazzola has been teaching songwriting sessions on First Nation Reserves on Cape Breton Island. "Beautifully Imperfect" in 2011. Spinazzola's penetrating vocals combined with
thought-provoking lyrics and a solid groove allows his musical
artistry to challenge the perceptions and values of the soul with harmony,
cooperation, reverence for life and time passages. In 2006 his CD titled RELEASE features both Angelo and his late brother Carlo's on a highly regarded double CD. The CD has been
nominated for an ECMA in the 2007 Roots/Traditional Solo category.
